Installation Steps

Step 1: Unpack and Inspect the Lamp
Carefully remove the lamp from its packaging. Check for any visible damage or missing components. If your model includes a detachable shade or base, follow included instructions to assemble them using hand-tightened fittings or a simple screwdriver if necessary.

Step 2: Choose a Suitable Location
Place the lamp on a flat, stable surface where it won’t be easily knocked over. For outdoor use, ensure the surface is dry and level. Keep the lamp clear of water sources unless it is explicitly rated as water-resistant or waterproof.

Step 3: Connect the Power Source

• For corded models, plug the lamp into a nearby wall outlet. If using outdoors, be sure the plug and outlet are weather-protected.
• For battery-powered models, check if the lamp already includes pre-installed batteries or if they are provided in the packaging. If needed, open the battery compartment (typically located at the base or underside of the lamp), insert the specified battery type, and securely close the compartment.
• For solar-charged models, position the solar panel in direct sunlight for best performance. Initial full charge may require several hours of daylight.

Step 4: Install or Check the Bulb (if applicable)
If your lamp includes a replaceable bulb, screw it in gently, ensuring it is seated properly. Do not exceed the maximum wattage listed on the socket label. Integrated LED models do not require bulb installation.

Step 5: Turn On and Adjust
Use the on/off switch, touch sensor, or remote (if included) to power the lamp. Adjust brightness levels or modes if your model includes dimming or lighting presets. For outdoor solar or motion-activated lamps, full function may begin after a full charge cycle.
