Why is my order taking longer than expected to arrive?Β Some of our products, especially complex fixtures, require additional crafting time to ensure quality and precision. If tracking seems delayed, we are likely still crafting your product.

Are your products handcrafted?Β Yes, at Residence Supply, we believe in the art of crafting perfection, which means each product receives the time it deserves when being handcrafted.

Will my product fit, even if I'm not in the USA?Β All of our products are 100-240V compatible making them work with all countries worldwide.

Can I adjust the height of my fixture?Β Yes of course, all products are custom-made. Simply leave a note in the special instructions for your desired customizations and pay for your order. A specialist will reach out to you instantly to discuss your options and give you a quote for the additional work. Typically extending cable length is free or low cost. Other work that requires more labor will be an additional charge.
